Subject: Incomplete Form E Posted: Thursday, December 5, 2013 - 12:54:15

Hi all Have First Appointment in a month. Have just received x\'s form E. Several sections are missing including info about his partner, fact he is co habiting, credit card info, his income and capital needs. Feel really angry. I have filled my form in accurately and honestly. Thought the idea was forms are exchanged simultaneously. Understand I can question his disclosure but now he has seen mine he has a licence to invent things. Can he be penalised by court for this? Thankyou Honey

I\'m not sure how he can invent things if you\'ve filled in your E \"accurately and honestly.\"? The way forward is to return Form G stating that you\'ll be unable to proceed to FDR on same day due to incomplete Form E from xH2b, then compose a questionairre, asking about every single scrap of missing info that you think will be pertaining, but don\'t focus too much on irrelevent info. If SM isn\'t on the table, then his co-hab doesn\'t matter too much, does it? Penalised? Well, costs can be reserved, but no, no penalties really.

Thanks Martin Re inventing things I mean he will inflate his income/capital needs. I thought that the fact he was co habiting was relevant as he has someone to share his housing costs with and another income coming in which should reduce his needs. Will see sol soon and discuss Form G
